excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend -

Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

Very conveniently located hotel in Art-Deco style. I received a warm welcome upon arrival from Artyom and was well informed about hotel's facilities. Then dined in the nice and cosy hotel restaurant, where the food tasted very well and service was ok. twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
