  Friendly, caring and friendly staff. We celebrated one of our friend's 50th birthday with dinner in one of the hotel's resturant (Red Room) Very nice service and nice pesronal. Good prices and a 5 min. walk and then only 2 metro stations from the center - Hotel Neptun is the best choice of money/conveniences.   Friendly personnel, very good fitness center and spa (both for additional fee), decent ristorante, good size room and bathroom, free shuttle to and from the center of the city ( for non-Russia citizens). Very good value for the money. - Excellent rooms and everything in it, perfect meal at restaurant. Budget- friendly to a great degree.

  My partner and I loved our stay at Hotel Vera! The reception staff were friendly and helpful in every way and were able to speak English, they happily provided us with transport and city information. The rooms were really lovely and spotlessly clean! There are busses 2 minutes walk from the hotel that run regularly and take - Very conveniently located hotel in Art-Deco style. I received a warm welcome upon arrival from Artyom and was well informed about hotel's facilities. Then dined in the nice and cosy hotel restaurant, where the food tasted very well and service was ok. The room was ok for the 3-star standard and very clean (well, all the public areas of the hotel are kept very clean). Breakfast is very good and serving time is until 11.00.
