  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt. Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.
