Excellent location, within a short walk from the metro station and All-Russian Exhibition Center, which was the main reason to choose this hotel. The room facilities were a bit tired, but for me it was not an issue. The bed was OK, it was not cold in the room and hot water was available at all times. Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine. In case you do not have smart phone there is PC near reception and you can print your boarding pass - all for free as well. Excellent spa facilities. The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.
