  At first, they didn't give us the right room relative to our reservation, then, after complaining, theybgavevus their best. - we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. I would recommend this hotel; however, i would highly recommend to avoid ordering from its restaurant. - Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.
