The Hotel is located on the other side of the river Neva. The nearest
metro station “Gorkovskaya” is about 10 min. On foot. Therefore it is
better to use the bridges and be in the center… So the location is
pretty good for walkers. The hotel room was clean and well prepared.
Breakfast made a big impression. The breakfast room is a little bit
small, but food quality and selection meets the highest expectations. If
you are looking for entertainment (bars, restaurants, swimming pool,
gym, etc.) –

The hotel is perfectly located just behind the Ermitage Museum and a short walk from the main shopping street with many restaurants to choose from. The staff was tremendously helpful in recommending things to do. We loved the breakfast which was included in our roomrate.

This is a really nice micro-hotel. Recently renovated and renovated well. Rooms like Nevsky Palace but 1/3rd the price! The room was nice, clean, LCD TV with sat. Bathroom was new, had quality European toiletries in the bathroom, water in the shower was pure and clean. Excellent breakfast included.

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. My single room was smallish but not at all claustrophobic. The bed was really comfortable with luxurious bedclothes. Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.
