  Great location, just a few mins walk to the Hermitage and metro, and close to most of the sightseeing spots. Staffs are all friendly and helpful, speak good english. Pluses: great location, comfortable and clean rooms. I met a lot of interesting people there. The staff is very friendly, they helped me orientate in St. Petersburg and also showed great places to party! When I stayed at hostel it was celebration of masleniza (something like this) and the staff organized the party - it was really great!   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   A very cosy and comfortable hotel. As far as we understood there are about ten rooms in the hotel and it is located in a historic building in the heart of the city. There is no lift in the building so you will have to go up the stairs to the fourth floor. We stayed there for one night only on our way from Kostroma to Helsinki.   The staff made my three week experience in St. Petersburg fantastic as all of them were so willing to help in any way possible for my many requests for directions and information. One staff member is always on site making this small Guest house very safe and personable. - It is an apartment located in an old building but with new and very nice facilities. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area. Each room has a new bathroom, and there is a share kitchen fot only four rooms. The personal is very attentive. Excellent choice.

We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.

  The location is virtually the best in Saint Petersburg. Very easy to find, very close to the metro, the main street full of restaurants and 3 minutes walking from the Hermitage Museum. Very clean, very simple, shared bathrooms (but clean) and a normal breakfast. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
