This is my second stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and is good value. Location was suitable for my requirements. It is an honest no frills hotel with a light snack type breakfast included. If you want more, look elswhere. - Was basic, good value. Area ok. Plenty of variety for eating in the area at various prices and standards.

The staff, in spite of language difficulties, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The location is superb, and the rate is quite reasonable for St. Petersourg. The rooms are very clean, airy and spacious.

staff had excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to use facilities at other hotels in the Nevsky Hotels chain, some of which were more upmarket, which was a very good deal. - The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly.
