I arrived at 10 am and the stuff kindly checked me in, no questions asked.

The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously. I only had an issue with cleaning, my room was cl

the hotel is very nice, clean, breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. the location is also perfect, close to Mall and interesting stores ia just a walking distance. i would recommend the hotel to friends who are planning to go to Saint Petersburg!

Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. Very clean. Cosy bar. Metro is 3 min walk and gets you to the railway station in 1 stop. Perfect hotel for a city trip. -

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.
