I arrived at 10 am and the stuff kindly checked me in, no questions asked. the stuff was very kind and professional. the concierge were professional and helped me to find places and activities in my interest. i left at 6.30 am, the check out was very fast and the hotel arranged me a lunch box with some breakfast in it for ... cosa dice la gente » the way - because i left before breakfast - without extra charge. Also, the location of the hotel is superb, right in the center of the city. - The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

  I've been there the second time. This time I stayed on the ground floor not too far from reception. Nevertheless we had two seperate beds we could make them closely. The room was much better than it had been on the third floor before. I liked a girl from the hall bar, she was pretty, positive and attentive excepting another girl from reception. I bought my staying there by means - Helpful staff, they smiled all the time and did everything to help us! Good breakfast many choices! It's really close to "producti's" (small local grocery stores) and to some cafes and to pushkinkaya metro station, also walking to Nevsky prospect is not far a at all!!

The room met all our needs for seven nights, and the staff were most friendly and helpful. A great central location, with easy walking distance to some of St Petersburg' s iconic touristic and historical sites. Food shops and cafés abound nearby. An excellent choice for us.
