  It was a big surprise for me to find such a nice Hotel in the provincial town in Russia. It has all modern European standards. It gave me a feeling that I was in some high-class hotel in Germany. The staffs were very friendly and spoke perfect English (that also surprised me). Rooms were excellent. The cleanliness, the space.
