The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. Really nice hotel, massive bedrooms (we had a double and it had a large separate bathroom and sitting area - felt more like an apartment), and very friendly staff. I think the hotel is in a good location, right next to the Royal Park and a 5 minute walk to the bus that goes to the old town (116, 180) or the center (131, 501 519). We didn't visit,

The manager gave us a call in the morning...when we arrived he welcomed us personally and supported us we lots of information about the city and tourist attractions.

The hotel was in a brilliant place for us who were driving through Warsaw. There was a big mall really close to hotel, you'll need a car to get there. Our "hotel room" was an apartment, with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. -

Ho soggiornato in una camera Superior posta al 4° piano sul lato stradale con nessun fastidio per il rumore ed una vista stupenda sul Palazzo della Cultura e della Scienza; la qualità dell'hotel è eccezionale - buona la posizione, vicina ai mezzi di trasporto ed al centro, molto pulito, camera spaziosa.

Very nice apartment with many ammenities. Parking is convenient and secure - staff are helpful. Location is great - very close to city center with shopping and many restuarants immediately available - nice neighborhood with fun atmosphere.
