A lovely, clean room with the most incredible view over the river. Very helpful and friendly owner and a good spread for breakfast which will keep you going all day. A beautiful terrace for you to sit and watch the sunset with a drink. The perfect place to go for a relaxing break. -

Great hotel, built in 1886. You feel you've gone back in time when you walk into the hotel and rooms. The staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, we could check-in early. Great location in the old city, a couple of minutes walking distance to all interesting sights and the river. The room had a fridge and an electric kettle. The pool and the gym were excellant. The staff were very friendly and the continental style breakfeast was very good. It is a luxury style hotel and very conveniently located to visit the Old Town of Torun. Access to the speedway track which is located about 6 km away is easy via taxi or tram. Alternatively it would take about 50 mins to walk.

I use this hotel every time, so I'm fully happy with all the aspects. The best value in town. Excellent location. Staff as usually helpful, with my additional requests (flower vase, wine glasses, wine opener, etc :) ). Highly recommended. Nice and clean, comfortable. -

We had larger "comfort" room. Clean comfortable and spacious. Extra space had lounge chairs and desk. Fridge and electric jug in room (but no tea or coffee provided). Staff very friendly and assistive. Fifty meters from old town. 15 minute walk to bus or train stations. -

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location. Bathrooms were clean. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs but it's no big deal. Very affordable. -
