Staff very helpful, it was very nice to speak Spanish at reception. Very cozy room and nice decoration at the kitchen. Very clean toilets and showers, and I had never to wait for using them. I was very satisfied.

  Excellent location. Don't rely on on-line maps! (Easy 15 minute walk to Central Metro and Train stations and the same again to the old city area). Excellent value for this location compared to others nearby. Warm, comfortable room and quiet nearby too. Breakfast room/kitchen area and supplied food stuff, milk, Tea/Coffee ect, perfectly adequate an... cosa dice la gente » d also ideal for self-catering. Perfect hostel for a short stay. Good for singles, couples or adult groups only though. - Good location. Breakfast was not excellent but it was appreciated, and also great for the price you pay. Also, there was young and welcoming staff (unlike in other hostels where you find bitter-face people not keen to help). Pleasant stay overall. In every floor, there are rooms, kitchen/common area as well as shared toilets and showers, which is good, so guests do not need to change floor to do a wee in the middle of the night.

  We ordered a room for 1 night in Helvetia hostel, but was upgraded to the room with a separate bathroom in the Helvetia apartments. And it was just perfect!!! The bed is very cozy and clean, nice breakfast and great common area with a kitchen. It takes 6 min to walk to the main shopping/bars street Nowy Swiat, 5 min walking to the University Libr... cosa dice la gente » ary and about 15-20 to the old town. Highly recommended. - I arrived quite late time, around 24:00 so I couldn't get a food outside, however, a staff offered some bread and tea also very kind. all the staff were nice and i get lots of information what i needed. clean space, nice location, and even resonable price.I highly recommend to other visitots.

  Hotel generally clean and well-kept at all. Pleasant and felpful staff. Good situated (near to the Chopin WAW Airport and next to the main road to southern Poland).   I really like the waste sorting inside the hostel, the eco-family products and the free bikes. It is obvious they are putting lots of effort on protecting our Earth.
