We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

It is a really good hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel was very clean. Beautiful views, and tasty food, very good breakfast plenty of choice. For me is perfect.

A good position for exploring the city and near to some excellent restaurants. It could be noisy at night particularly weekend. - Very professional staff, couldn't beat the location, minutes away from almost every landmark.

Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out.
