We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes.

We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). This apartment is amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Shops and restaurants a few mins away. So nice to come home from a day sight seeing to a lovely big jacuzzi and a roaring fire. The guy who greeted us was very nice and very friendly. Would recommend staying here and we hope to return.

Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.
