Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.

We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

It is a really good hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel was very clean. Beautiful views, and tasty food, very good breakfast plenty of choice. For me is perfect.

It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.

Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space.
Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.
Staff always offering to help out with tips and phone calls on our behalf.
