We stayed at the hotel in April and at that time there were relatively few other guests. However we were looked after excellently with a broad choice at breakfast and we also had dinner there on two occassions - these were amongst the best meals which we had in Poland. Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good. Food at Italian restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.
Jacuzzy in Spa was great and very relaxing. Whole Spa are was clean and nicely made. -

Terrific location on the mainly pedestrian promenade through the centre of the spa park. Pleasant old style rooms/suite overlooking the promenade. Very helpful reception staff. Good parking. -

Location is good, it's 5 minutes drive from Zakopane. Breakfast is great, huge variety and good quality. The room was clean, bathroom had a bath tub, also it was good to have a small fridge in the room. It is a great value for money. -

The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety from which to choose. We would go back in a heart beat! -
