Everything was excellent. The place is perfect for all types of travelers: couples, families, solo travelers... Lovely surroundings too. The owner even remembered to turn on the heating before our arrival so it was really warm and cozy (and much appreciated given the weather conditions untypical for the summer season). -

Visited with my girlfriend, we don't speak Polish - the staff spoke some English and made an effort to make us feel welcome. The hotel is recently decorated and in very good condition and represents excellent value for money. Both agreed that we would happily stay again. -

Hotel Felix is for people, who are happy with the basic. The price is
good, although there can be downsides expected like groups of noisy
neighbours on the same floor, no TV(4th floor), no tea-coffee
facilities, and, if you stay on the to floor- no lift. Clean, cheap,
basic, next to the bas stop and Nowa Huta district, good connection with
old Krakow town.

The way the room looks is lovely, there is everything you need there with the added extra of a few things to prepare meals - including plates, cutlery, a kettle, fridge and a microwave! The tea and coffee was a nice touch and the little chocolate on the side of the cup and saucer. The room was beautifully decorated and we were very impressed. The hostel was newly renovated and the facilities were nice!
