The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

  Staff incredibly helpful who spoke English. New fittings, very comfortable and well kept overall in the communal areas as well as the bedrooms. Small hotel that seemed to be run very well. Good location - very central for Stary Rynek in Poznan etc. No complaints. Would definitely recommend. - everything would stay again

  Lovely clean modern hotel. When we got to our room the hotel had left a gift for us, which was a cake popular in this region of Poland along with a little message welcoming us. It was a really nice gesture and showed to us that there was a lot of care and attention to the running of this hotel. Fabulous accommodations, fine dining and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Hotel Moderno to anyone visiting Poznan!!

  We met a representative from the company by the door to get the key. She used 5 minuttes to show us all we needed in the flat.. The flat was VERY nice, no view, but a nice terrace if you wanted to sit outside.
