This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, excellent in every way. - Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Superior location forvisiting the jewish quarter and wawel castle. Aside from the location ofour room, a very enjoyable stay.

Per scusarsi del disturbo arrecato fino all'alba dalla musica di una festa di matrimonio ospitata nel ristorante, non mi hanno fatto pagare il pernottamento di quella notte. Hotel molto vicino al centro. - Excellent service , distance from Old Cite and tour sites . - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent.

Good shower and lots of hot water, apartment temperature easy to
control. Newly refurbished building. Some bottled water, tea and ground

We were allocated room 12 which is next to a conference room. We were
woken every morning early by a very loud group on team building
exercises/conference. Apart from this the hotel is really nice but
avoid a room near the conference room especially if you have had a late
night, as a sleep in after 0830 will be impossible.

Grande pulizia (il bagno veniva pulito 2 o 3 volte al giorno). Grandedisponibilita' e gentilezza da parte dello staff. Ottima posizione e unservizio di prima qualita'. Semplicemente splendido. - La camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La struttura molto bella.

The hotel Alef was extremely clean and had charm and character, with great paintings and ornaments throughout.
I loved the power shower and had no complaints with the breakfast buffet~ simple but effective.
The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Krakow centre.
The staff were nice and helpful and my group of friends and I would certainly stop again :)

La presenza dell'aria condizionata: quasi una rarità negli hotel di Cracovia con questo livello di prezzi. L'arredo della stanza con i singolari pezzi dell'artigianato polacco. Il locale "les coleurs" dove si consumava la colazione: ameno e appunto colorato. La vista su Plac Nowy, molto animata e caratteristica ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte.

The hotel was very quiet compared to City Centre ones. The staff were very welcoming and good. Access to the Centrum was very good indeed. All in all a very pleasant stay. - Warm convenient atmosphere.
