  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  It was much nicer than one could expect from something typically called a hostel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We also found the location to be perfect - a short walk to the city center, Wawel Castle or Schindler's factory, and located in the Kazimierz district, yet away from the noise and distractions of its nightlife.   Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely.
