It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. I especially liked the location - right in the centre of Krakow, walking discance to the Old Town and to the shopping mall.
Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding sightseeing and places to eat.
Other than that, apartments are very cozy and you feel like home.

The location in the old Post Office just next door to both train station and the Old Town is impeccable. The room is designed using elements from the building like the lamps from the basement and the safe door. Although it is located almost in the center, it's a quiet place with windows facing a nice green area.

Gorgeous apartment. Recently updated with high-quality features
throughout. Easy walk to town center and Jewish quarter. Peaceful inner
courtyard, quiet building. Secure building. Friendly managers. We booked
the deluxe apartment for two couples, and it was perfect. The couple
upstairs had their own bathroom and sitting room that was very private
from the other bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Kitchen was well
equipped. Nice shower. Comfy bed with comfier duvet. Small but nice
balcony for upper
