  I found there a well equiped and clean room. The whole dormitory has been reconstructed few months ago, therefore all furnitures were in a good conditions and not damaged. I can describe the dormitory really cozy.

  Hostel is really chip. If you want, you can go afoot to Stare Miasto, but it takes 20-30 minutes. Also there are straight buses from pkp to hostel.There are fridge in the room and tables. - Good value for money at roughly £7 per night. For backpackers and those on a budget it would be perfect. Good value for money like for Krakow, especially for those going to the airport (the same side of Kraków, city bus stop nearby, taxi 30 PLN during the day) on the next day and still wishing to see the old city (some 3-4 km away, taxi at night some 15 PLN if you speak Polish / you're not cheated)... cosa dice la gente » .   We booked the apartment on the 1st floor. It was larger than we expected and definitely worth what we paid for it. Hostel was quiet, which I count as a plus. It is near Ul. Karmelicka which had plenty of shops to keep our fridge stocked and a 10 minute walk from the Stare Miasto. Host was friendly and helpful. We only visited the common room once ... cosa dice la gente » on the last day but it looked welcoming. - We arrived into Krakow on a very late flight and didn't reach the hostel until 1 am. We had to wake the proprietor to check in, for which we felt very badly. However, he was very gracious and professional, and did not show the slightest touch of irritation at the situation. Our apartment was very clean and faced onto a quiet courtyard. We had a good night's sleep.

  A very nice hostel to stay in located in a very calm, green district. The room the 2 of us lived in, was designed for 3 people and it was very spacious. Another advantage is a big balcony where we put chairs and had our dinner cooked in their well equipped kitchen which was just near our room. A very clean hostel with clean toilet and bathroom and... cosa dice la gente » although the only person from the staff (the receptionist) spoke english, everybody was friendly and ready to help. Plus - very cheap and free of dif - We arrived late at night (2 am) and the owner was waiting for us. There was a parking lot on the territory available (prior reservation needed) so we left our car at the property and went to the center by public transport. The tram station is a 5 min walk from the hostel, the ticket (for 20 min which is enough) costs 2.80 zl. The room was nice, with chairs, a table and a wardrobe. There was a big bathroom with a shower cabin and a bathtub on the floor. Would stay there again.

  Hostel Krakowiak has the best correlation between price and quality. A little bit far from city centre but public transport is ok. Very kind staff in the reception. - excellent amenities, everything was new, comfortable bed,ca. 3-4 km far from the city center, but just 1 min. to the bus station, very quiet, very cheap

Please note, that my comment refers to a location at Grodzka steet, because due to booking system failure (at least officially) we were relocated. - Location is excellent, some 100 meters from city centre.
