Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. And they disappear after than without being annoying, but they are always at their office nearby. The facilities are superb, it is all clean and almost sterile. Very nice and modern apartment, situated in a lovely restored old building. It was close to the city center (5-10 minutes, on foot). It was very comfortable and clean. Fantastic clean and new apartments. Nice kitchen and big luxurious bathroom. Big tv and comfortable beds. Like being at home! Easy to find and within 15 minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely girl at reception checked us in and showed us all the things to see and do on the map and we could even use the printer in the reception. We could also use the washing machine in the room and the hotel provided free washing powder too.

It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

We stayed in the Galeria II, good size for 4 adults. Location is excellant, can walk to the Square in 10 minutes. A 24-hour supermarket is directly under the building with no extra noise. The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

kitchen appliances (plates, forks, pots etc.), tea, coffee. Moreover,
you will be provided by houseowner with guide-books and maps for free)))

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.
