  This hotel was almost perfect except for the suitability of the location. The staff was very kind and the room was very comfortable and clean. With the breakfast had a rich assortment of goods.   This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. I arrived about 1,5 hours before the official check-in time and, to my surprise, they instantly gave me a room without any questions and it was even bigger than I ordered and payed for (double instead of single). The hotel is situated near a university campus in front of a big park. Breakfast is included in the price. - A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town. Reception is on the 2nd floor, you have to ring the bell at night. Recommended.

Please note, that my comment refers to a location at Grodzka steet, because due to booking system failure (at least officially) we were relocated. - Location is excellent, some 100 meters from city centre. Great value for money and good location only 5-10 minute walk to the night market and there are restaurants and a super market just around the corner.   I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. It is located in a very quiet area but you are still close to the old market with short walks to many of Krakows attractions. Nice breakfast. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.
