  This is a very nice hotel for a relatively reasonable price. I arrived about 1,5 hours before the official check-in time and, to my surprise, they instantly gave me a room without any questions and it was even bigger than I ordered and payed for (double instead of single). The hotel is situated near a university campus in front of a big park. Breakfast is included in the price. - A bit strange building, looks like a dormitory, but clean and cozy air-conditioned rooms for a very low price, 20-minute walk from the old town.   Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.
