La posizione e la gentilezza dello staff, mobili e bagno nuovi - The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

Lovely helpful staff. Basic but clean and comfortable . Breakfasts were nice , buffet style , nice selection,though choices were basically the same every day. 2nd time I have stayed here and really enjoyed it. Only a 15-20 min walk to castle and town from the hoteland some nice runs by the nearby river , if like me you are a runner -
