Very courteous staff. TV has lots of channels. Restaurant prices are very reasonable. The servings are large (good for 2-3), and good food.. The free breakfast is really good, too. They provide towels and toothbrush set, although I prefer to bring my own. The room has a fridge. - Great place to check in, its affortable and near the city the food

The staff where very helpful, the hotel itself was excellent and well
located, the room was excellent, the food was wonderful and the spa was
fantastically relaxing!
Also, it proved to be a good place for a little bit of star spotting. Whilst there, I saw a famous Filipino singer, as well as the Vice Mayor of Davao city!

An excellent deal, presumably due to the hotel being only opened in the
last month. The staff generally were learning their rolesvery well,
although the restaurant serving staff need a lot more polishing. The
hotel is next door to a brand new luxury Mall with a cinema, loads of
shops, a huge supermarket, and several eateries of various types. Love

Staff are younger, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cheerful and
rooms are okay usually. Pool is nice located in center of hotel prmenade
and has nice restaurant open 24 hours, free breakfast and is reasonably
quiet and safe.Booking dot com makes the hotel a great deal!

Everything was as I expected. This is not 5* lux resort, it is a 3* very cozy place. Nice staff and delicious food. Beautiful beach.

I loved everything about this hotel, not liked,, Loved !!! Very friendly

i like that our room is clean, pillows are soft and th bed sheets are clean and new. our room also have microwave and mini ref and counter which is goood for budget concious. Bahay ni Tuding has a good location very near to the city center. walking distance to tastiest siopao ( Dabaw Kainan) 50m to the the church, fast food and malls. at night there are a lot of bargains due to the night market.
