I loved the setting, ambiance, the hotel staff was amazing. I plan on staying here every time I visit Oslo, would recommend to anyone and everyone.
I did not like that the shower and tub was unable to provide the hot water that I typically like. I imagine that is just an Oslo thing.
This is n new hotel that was opened in February. In one word it was fantastic. The quality of everything from the decor, to service detail, and food were of the finest quality. The artwork was a collected and hung in almost every corner of the hotel even in the stairwells. The breakfast assortment was as extensive as one could possibly wish. The restaurant was a four star experience. The food was creatively prepared and presented. The best part was that it tasted wonderfully. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant recommendations travel tips.

Found the rooms quite high tech, qhich is great, but i didn't know how to use half of the stuff (lights were tricky, so was TV and coffee machine. There were no instructions)
Wonderful interiordesign, it reminded me of the farytail "1001 night". Magic and great colors, beautiful lounge, delishes food, nice resturant, comfortalble bed, coffemachine, nice art... all together very good

Everything but room service! . bath was so comfortable . bed and bedding was amazing . we loved the free entrance to the art gallery beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stay . great breakfast . beautifully designed hotel
Room service was terrible!! We ordered a steak sandwich at 2am it was dry none edible. I ordered something vegi, nothing on the menu so you said you would make me something....i got lettuce leaves : ( not what you want when you have come back from a birthday party. My advice do gourmet pizza and burgers. Same no spar/gym when we visited (still being built) outside evening eating/drinking area, will be nice once more established. Could have heated lamps and blankets winter time.

The bed was extremely comfortable.The staff were friendly.Breakfast choice was lovely.
The view of the building site was the only thing that spoiled our stay.We had asked for a room with a view.We would have liked the other side. The hot breakfast would be better if it was hot.
