reception very nice and considerate, the hotel very special and convinient with 2 super market and trim bus around, and the buliding are wonderful.

Very good and clean apartments, loved the heated floors, it was important in the winter :)

Weird and uncomfortable Wi-Fi access system, when you have to type huge login\pass each time you want to connect. This is a small issue, anything else is very good.

Clean and neat studio. Very good location, calm and very quiet.

Quite cold, the room temperature was fixed and we weren't able to put it higher, but as we stayed for a short term, we didn't ask anything to the reception.

The facilities were really beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone of any age. We had a lovely weekend break there made better by this wonderful accomodation. We would definately stay here again! Emma, the girl at the front desk was a great help to us if we needed anything. This was a lovely find in an otherwise very expensive city.

It was a lovely apartment and it had everything you could need in it. It is right near a supermarket and less than 5 minutes to the tram/bus stop. It was only a 5 minute ride to the National Theatre to connect to trains or A few minutes more to the main station and the centre of town. I would stay there again in a flash.

Something should be done about the shower! It floods everywhere.

The design of apartments and interior decoration is vv cool! And, the location is great. A really beautiful part of the city.

I like the concept: a luxury hotel room with a kitchenette. Good bed, with enough cushons to get cozy. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets. 307 is a large studio in olive and purple with unique old stove. 412 is "large hotelroom size" with green/ brown colors, and a balcony.

Know that after 23h there is no reception attendance anymore. I didn't mind.

We loved the area around Frogner House Apt. Classic historical low buildings, lots of small shops and the tram to downtown. Our corner room was lovely, with space for four: mom and three 15-year old girls. Big TV and Kitchen. Our favorite evening was at the thai restaurant Blue Elephant around the corner Great food and bohemian atmosphere. The Girls loved the shopping and movie at nearby Gimle theater. We bought lots of books and small fun gifts along With just hanging out and enjoying city life. I also went to Literaturhuset and some design stores on Bygdøy alle.

We liked almost everything except for the fold-out sofa which was very uncomfortable (Mom slept there). Would have been better With a large bed With large cushions for both sleep and TV sessions.

What we really enjoyed was the location. Short walk to the Royal Palace, Munch Museum and great dining. We rented the apartment with the balcony and directly under us was this "Bagle O" bagel / pastry and coffee shop.great start of our day.

Be aware that food in Oslo, Norway is very expensive! The first night we walked down to an Indian Diner . For the two of us to eat and one beer each our meal was $150. US dollars.

Located in a good neighborhood , only 2 minutes from a tram stop . There are two good supermarkets near the tram stop . Staff at the reception is very helpful . Apartments are clean and well -maintained.

Your apartments were lovely! I felt really comfortable there (as someone who doesn't like to be away from home, that's saying a lot!). I particularly liked my first room's decor and feel (on the second floor), though the second one on the 4th floor was nice, too, but had a few issues (see box to right).

My second room had an awkward bathroom--I wouldn't have noticed except I had something to compare it to by staying in a different apartment first. I had a few minor problems with the lights and the toilet seat, which I can imagine would be hard to catch if your cleaning staff were not cleaning at night or actually using some of hte facilities! Really, though, your place is fantastic!

Room was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and good neighborhood. Would come back, especially if they had rooms with two twin beds.

Althought I requested it when booking, there was no room available with single beds. Only a queen bed. Comfortable, but not ideal cause I was sharing it with my mother. Would appreciatte printed instructions on how to operate the oven/microwave (difficult).

the proximity to the town centre, not to close but close enough to walk or take short bus/tram ride. also lots of lovely cafe and restaurants to choose from and also the very stylish decor

we were on the fifth floor so did not get the best of views with small windows, but then again we were not in the room for too long during the day with all the great sights to see in Oslo

Excellent. The ratio quality/price is great. Lobby and rooms very well decorated. Well located. Rooms fully equipped (kitchen, dish- washer, oven, water-boiler , coffee machine, toaster, etc), very big, extremely clean with 2 meters wide bed. The staff was as good as the room: very polite and kind. Absolutely recommended. Ideal for couples that are looking for spending several days in Oslo.
