Great location walking distance to town and good eating places. Friendly, helpful staff, unit certainly had everything required to make our stay worthwhile and pleasant, plenty of towels, extra linen, blankets and billows with no problems to get more if required. Shown to room, asked if we required milk and same given as a starter. Yes rooms were a little dated but still clean and certainly able to be enjoyed and enabled the family to relax in.

A lovely bonus was the inner courtyard and BBQ area that adjoined small individual seating area outside each of our units. Close to town. Motel had everything we needed. We arrived late and were still welcomed. Staff appeared to be ready to assist in any way possible if needed. Great location, supermaket nearby and short walk to town centre. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and place was quiet. Good value. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very handy to town and plenty of information on things to do. Apartment was good value for money. Excellant customer service from reception as well as very very clean villa, definately recommend to all. Great value for money. 2 couples stayed in one villa for long labour weekend. Just perfect. Unfortunately the big grey concrete wall was the main view from our balcony, but this is not the motels fault as it is a new building going up next door. You'll need to bring your own shampoo and soap unless you are happy with the liquid soap provided via dispensers. For the price I have no grounds to complain. Shower pressure was poor, as was time waiting for hot water. Ok if your not in a rush. Perhaps 2 fold down couches in living area instead of 1 couch and a bed. Limited seating. NO sky, it would of been great if there was sky in the room!. Unit 8 Shower pressure not good. Bathroom a bit outdated, but had booked for my adult children (not myself). They had no complaints though :). Neighbouring guests arrived home at 2am in the morning and stayed up all night speaking loudly and a lot banging noise. We waited for staff to intervene as we did not want to compromise our safety, also a lack of parking for rooms, when we arrived back at night we had to park on the road which was most unsuitable as we have a work vehicle. Room was clean but a bit run down. New manager just started. I suggest he gets some advice/help from an experienced motelier. Room for 4 bit small. Kitchenette tiny. Shower head forced water to go everywhere including floor area. Did not effect us to much as we only stayed one night. Not quite enough milk and coffee for four People. I could hardly open the Office door. No Milk for tea/coffee Not quite clean as there was last occupants bread in the cupboard. Early morning plumbing from above and side rooms - noisy. Could be cleaner, some tired kitchen utensils that need updating. Stove element at a vast angle made use of frying pan awkward. No kitchen plug. The grounds are poorly maintained and the outdoor furniture looked very unsafe to use. The picture that we booked from was different from the room we received. The outside light shone in bedroom all night. They needed to check who uses the kitchen pans (which were dirty). Room in bad need of upgrade, all very tired. For example, bedroom door sticking badly. No exhaust fan in bathroom.Heating inadequate. Daily service very basic, did not leave enough towels on occasion and beds just roughly pulled up. No hand soap on arrival. No soap in bathroom or hand basin Not all light fittings had light bulbs Terrible air freshner Only 1 teatowel Heating insufficient - one heater cuts out after 1 hour Cobwebs Had not cleaned behind doors in bathroom Offhand nature of man at desk Not interested in showing us where our room was - had to ask Had to ask for wi fi password. Better to improve the cleaning job. Lack of parking, due to other guest parking and blocking of acces to our parking space. Old building. Could do with redecorating and a much better shower. No air conditioning. Some of the furniture and fittings in the room where we stayed are in need of some repair work. The electric frypan was dirty and old as was the replacement. The shower curtain had mildew mould on it, there was no soap in both dispensers in the bathroom, the dispenser on the bathroom sink was filty, there was a long dark hair in the cutlery drawer, there were inadequate kitchen utensils, no water glasses, no advise given on registering that theer was no Sunday paper. Noisy units damaged sink unit in bathroom power points didn't work shower sprayed all over floor. Handwash dispenser in bathroom didn't work. No complimentary soaps or shampoos etc. Cups and glasses were not clean in cupboard. Had to ask twice for portacot to be brought to the room. The unit was cold even with heaters going,many light bulbs were not working when the manager was told he asked .which ones I told him he need to go chech for himself. not much. nothing worked- not the stove, not the internet, not the heat!!. Old tired decor. Continental breakfast truely average. Cost higher than it should have been relitive to the total offering. No heater, cold shower, no oven although advertised as kitchen facilities.
