The hotel wasn't so full so they put us in a better room than we had asked for, for the same fee. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. - Beautifully designed comfortable rooms and great service.
