We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on.
High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was as advertized,clean, has all conveniences and despite being located close to the city center was quiet and cozy, view is beautiful. JoJo, the owner, met as as agreed at the door, helped with the luggage as stairs are steep (but we were warned about it and did not mind), was very friendly and when we had a question late in the evening replied to cell phone call immediately.
Internet was working well.

I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

It's a really a great place to stay at in Amsterdam. All that is
said about the apartment and Guido the landlord is true. We had a
fantastic time here, the center is really just 10-15 mins of walk, the
place is silent and has a nice view on the Amstel river. The Canal
Cruise has it's stop just on the opposite side, so you can take two

Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.

The accommodation was beautiful! The people who own them were fantastic
and couldn't of been any more helpful if they tried, they drove out
late evening to come and find us as we were lost and considering we had
been driving for 9 hrs. From gb this was appreciated greatly. They
helped us with directions and places to go they were beyond fantastic,
couldn't have wished for better hosts. Couldn't possibly fault
anything if I tried. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thankyou

Very nice appartment with fantastic view at the top beach location of the country. We were here in July with the best weather and enjoyed every minute, whether this was spending time on the beach, lounging and dining at some of the coolest beachclubs at your doorstep, or just spending a few hours back at the appartment.
