- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!

The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. The hotel is at 3-5 minutes walk from Metro Station(Station Zuid) and Train Station(Amsterdam zuid), so you will get very fast to the Airport(10 min) and to the city center(20 min)
The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is placed in a business zone, so it is very quiet and spacious .
You have lots of places to have breakfast at the metro station, don't buy the hotel one that it is very expensive(23 euro/person). Also, at the hotel you have free coffe/tea maker in the room.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

Excellent location. This is the place to be if you are in Amsterdam.Better then Hotel, it is like having your own suite. Bedrooms are nice, washer and dryer is available inside the appartement. Walkingdistance to all the shops, but still in a very quite area. I recommendthis to everyone. - The apartment was great and the location is wonderful. Perf

The hotel is brand new and was still being finished. The staff is young and friendly and were doing there best as all the kinks had not been striaghtened out, it opened a few days before we checked in. Once everything is finished a 100% I'm positive this will be a great hotel. The service was outstanding and the staff sure had a lot of patience as

This hotel was the best we stayed at in Europe. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was huge for Europe standards and because it is brand new, the facilities are to a very high standard, particularly given the price range. The rooms are soundproof and warm, and the bathrooms are really large. We stayed in a standard room and would definitely stay there if we visited Amsterdam again.
