  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10

Buona tecnologia a disposizione del cliente. - I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. The hotel wasn't so full so they put us in a better room than we had asked for, for the same fee. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!! Open until 11PM - awesome furniture, each floor is different in style - good... cosa dice la gente » cocktail bar - excellent breakfast, a great choice of everything in a completely fusion style, free white brut wine! - 3 glass lift - excellent staff - Corner room on 9th floor with large windows offered fantastic 180 degrees view of Rotterdam. Beautifully designed, quiet and spacious. Spa-bath/whirlpool great extra. Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.
