Perfect B&B setting in a city environment. Excellent location if you're business is in the Rai convention center, Very comfortable accomodation, lovely and helpful family (not just staff). Home away from home with all business amenities. The private roof terrasse is awesome. Also a great place for a small family vacation, easy access to Amsterdam city and the convention center.

We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights at Park 9. It is in a beautiful setting across from Sarphatipark, in a very nice part of Amsterdam. The house itself is really nice and the bedrooms are of the highest quality that you will find in Amsterdam. Peter and Robert as hosts could not make you feel more welcome and if you are not familiar with the City, they will give you great advice on what to do and see which is really helpful for those who have little experience of Amsterdam. Lovely little place in a great location, a short walk into city centre. I knew I would have to park motorcycle on street, but found a convenient place almost outside hotel. Gijs was an excellent host. He helped us before arrival and during the stay. We loved the character of the house (we stayed in the loft room). It was very close to everything in Amsterdam. Rather than feeling like a tourist staying in a hotel, we felt like we are staying in our own house. Perfect value for money! Amazing breakfast.

Extremely good location in walking distance to everything you want to see in Amsterdam. Spanish tapas, bars/pubs and flower market just downstairs. Two toilets and shower is shared between rooms, however for the short city trip it was a perfect choice.
