Great location (we had our bikes with us and cycled into centre of Amsterdam in 15min max - it's a straight road from hotel to centre with cycle lane) but for people on foot there's a tram stop at the end of the road that is a direct line into the centre.
Underground car park (€15 a day which is cheap for Amsterdam!) where we could leave our car safely whilst we explored the city on bike.

Everything. The rooms are huge the bed huge and comfortable the shower huge, good aircon with ventilation, nice big tv with hdmi in for once!. Downstairs two pool tables, ping pong and a gym, bar and restaurant. Close to two tram stops however far from city center.

There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned

very clean when we got there. It was furnished with everything you could
possibly need. The beds were very comfortable too. On one occasion we
needed more clothes-pegs and the owners gladly gave us more. All in all
we spent 2 great weeks at this flat and it was money well spent.

How lovely and friendly we were greeted by the owners,who immediately helped carry our luggage up.The fact that it was so suitable and just what we wanted with a family of 3 children ages being, 7 and 4 years old and a 2 month old. It was very modern and the beds so very comfy. It was very clean with lovely fresh linen. One could not ask for more I highly recommend the apartment for families, group of friends, or couples. .

Ticket with return from schipol 6 euros p/person , we stayed there for 4 days and we spend 21 euros in a amsterdam pass. you can ride the metro tram and the bus.
The house has a great location , 1 minute to the tram.
