The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. No extra cost. We were able to bring pizzas in to the downstairs area at 10.30pm and it was all very relaxing. It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel.
