  The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at the desk.   Grande gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, ottimi servizi, ottima posizione per visitare la città, parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Al nostro arrivo, il proprietario, Charles, ci ha accolti con un grande mazzo di fiori freschi preoccupandosi di accendere anche il fuoco nel camino dell'appartamento. Colazione in camera il 1° giorno, dolci tipici, vino, fo... cosa dice la gente » rmaggi, salumi e tanti altri prodotti nel frigo. - Mi è stato proposto un cambio appartamento come da email ricevuta. Il cambio è stato del tutto soddisfacente ed in più non ci è stato fatto pagare il sovraprezzo per le due persone in più. Charles è una persona veramente gentile e ci ha dato un'accoglienza speciale.
