  I loved the whole idea of staying on a ship. The location was great as well, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Central Station area. The rate included breakfast which was good, I just wish it started a little earlier because we wanted to get out of the city to head home as early as possible. Highly recommend Hotelschip Gandalf!!!

  A very nice place to stay with friendly and especially helpful staff. Breakfast is good, the place is spotless, and it is to very close to the sights, and the train station. Since it is a docked boat it is also very quiet. Don't forget it is a boat cabin what you will get. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.
