The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. Our room was well equipped, and had access to a shared balcony. The rates are very reasonable by A'dam standards. -
I loved the location, private bathroom and room size. It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were clean, bathrooms as well, cable television and heating.

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, tram stop right outside taking you straight to the centre and only minutes from the lovely Vondelpark so you also feel away from it all. Despite the proximity to the main road we experienced no traffic noise whatsoever in our room. We had a triple room which was minimal, clean and comfortable.
