  I thought Hotel Ajax was a fantastic place to stay, Always had clean towels and sheets + toilet was cleaned regular within the 5 days i stayed here. Staff were extremely friendly...... From other reviews i had came across saying infested with rats and all that other complete bull that is all lies. Would stay here again, value for money.   The hotel was in perfect location to explore Amsterdam, just around the corner from either Prisengracht or Keisergracht tram station and about 5 minutes walk into the very busy Leidsplein. We loved our stay here in Amsterdam. It was always a relief tha - Good location close to nice cafes and shops, walked almost everywhere.The staff was nice. Rooms are not very large, but probably pretty standard for an Amsterdam hotel room, adequate, clean with a comfortable bed and free wi-fi. will stay there during my next visits in Amsterdam.

The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day. The toilets and shower were clean the majority of the time minus a few when it had just been used! And the beds were very comfy. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10
