The building is beautiful and the gardens were lovely as well. The room we stayed in was large and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, especially the soft boiled eggs. Beautifully clean. Very cold ourside but lovely and warm inside. Basic but everything you needed. Quiet situation but near heart of village and bus and train links. Very friendly, helpful owner.
