We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile!!La struttura è poco fuori dal centro ma ottimamente collegata: il bus 22che arriva a Central Station e il tram 14che arriva in Piazza Dam. Entrambe le fermate sono a3min di cammino. La location è favolosa e romantica!!in qualsiasi momento ci sono cigni ed anatre intorno alla casa!!Lo consiglio assolut

Tutto!!! Posizione ideale , tranquillità, particolarità della sistemazione tra l'altro più che confortevole. Cigni anatre, gabbiani e aironi da poter quasi accarezzare cosa per me impagabile!!! Tutte le mattine appuntamento con questi meravigliosi volatili che vengono a darti il buongiorno in cambio di un pò di pane , FANTASTICO !!! Il padrone di casa Renè gentilissimo e discretissimo, alla fine del soggiorno ci ha persino accompagnato alla Stazione.

Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms, clean and cosy hotel, really not far from railway station. Personal is very friendly, I have only best ratings for their work. -

We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of
steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome!
Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large
kitchen area, special comfy beds and very modern. Make to mistake, this
is top notch and shows the owner really cares to make you feel special.

We were delighted with our stay in the blue houseboat . The location was perfect for what we wanted to do , ie see the Anne Frank house , the Van Gogh exhibition at the hermitage , the Rijks museum , eating out and wandering the shops of the nine street and Jordaan areas . The houseboat itself was very cosy and spotless , just like sn apartement , with all we could need for our stay. Guy was most welcoming and helpful . It was a lovely way to see Amsterdam .
