The fact there was only one on-suite bathroom for a two bed apartment was a little inconvienient.

Only 3 dishwasher tablets provided for 6 night stay; would have expected washing-up liquid and a few other basics (salt, pepper etc.) to be provided too; one room seems to have a mosquito problem; need more wardrobe space and coat hangers if the apartment is full

The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way. The location is quite good, everything is very close. There are 2 supermarkets around the corner, a great steak house and many other restaurants. The Hop on Hop off bus also has a stop very close by. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 mins, the same for Dam square. About 7-10 mins on foot to the Red Light district. I would stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam, esp with family or friends.
It would have been good if we had soap in both the toilet and bathroom. There was no dishwashing liquid or anything to wash the dishes with. If the dish washer is not full yet, there is no way expect using your hand and plain water to wash dishes. I would recommend taking a travel size version of dish washing liquid, oil, salt and pepper with you.

It was very spacious and comfortable. It was close to most things we wanted to see and the canal boats. Although we didn't see the manager after we checked in he was friendly and helpful.
This may seem picky but there was no laundry soap provided and we had to get it from the store and they only sold big boxes. We travelled for 5 weeks in Europe and this was the only apartment that this happened.
We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived (early!) and any questions we had were answered, with great advice given. We were given access to use their computer to book a canal trip when we didn't know what to do and had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful, with ample space and impeccable decor. We used the kitchen and many facilities to cook, and only had to walk around the corner for a shop, park or metro! I cannot praise our stay enough!
The only thing we missed was washing up liquid, kitchen roll and a few more toilet rolls but this is by no means a complaint, merely a suggestion!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The location was fantastic. There is a tram stop and a grocery store around the corner. Restaurants and coffee shops are close by and an easy walk to Dam Sqare and Centraal Station.
Rented a two bedroom apartment, which was new, properly furnished, pleasant, spacious, and clean. The location is very good and you have all you need nearby. It is a residential building, not a hotel, so you know going in that you will not have services, but that was fine by me.

Brothers who own/operate the business were very helpful, efficient and friendly. Other staff were equally nice. Apartment fit-out and amenities are top rate. Location is perfect for walking/cycling to highlights of Amsterdam. Bicycle rental is available at the apartments (€14/day). The one shower for our two-bdrm apartment worked fine especially with the separate toilet. Will recommend to all friends and family as it's true value for money.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.
Only one bathroom for three bedrooms. Office only open Monday to Friday 9-5 but the manager waited for our one hour 1 hour late arrival.

Walking distance to main attractions and central train station. Large supermarket is just round the corner. Very nice location and spacious 2-bedroom apartments for our group of 14. We enjoyed our 3-night stay and would recommend to other travellers.
We checked in on Friday afternoon. There was a bit of inconvenience as there was no staff available in the office from the following Saturday to Monday which was their holiday.

Everything, staff were great, was in a really good location only 5-10 mins from mist places of interest. 4 of us stayed and all had the same opinion!
We were a little concerned about making noise having said that we did make quite a bit but nothing was mentioned!
Great set up for a group of 4. 2 in each room. Huge living area proved to be a much better meeting place to decide our day than a hotel lobby. Kitchen was nice to make breakfast in each morning. Home away from home feel!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was ideal for us (2 mature couples).
The bedrooms could have been improved with a set of drawers. We were with you for 4 days, so putting our clothes in drawers would have been better than trying to get all our clothes on the wardrobe. The reading lights by the bed needed to be stronger for older eyes. The kitchen would benefit from having a toaster.
Clean comfortable spacious and airy. Beds and linen were excellent. Everything simple to use and well explained in literature in flat. Would be happy to stay here again and look forward to returning to Amsterdam.

Only one toilet in the three bed apartment we were in ! 6 adults and only one toilet was a bit annoying but for 3 nights was okay!
The location of this apartment was fantastic. It was clean, modern and had all the facilities that is expected of a self-contained apartment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to others.
Good location and very spacious apartment, perfect for a group of friends. The staff seem to have addressed the issues previously brought up by guests. They have added more comfortable seating, a soap dispenser in the shower and more mirrors so we had a wonderful, stress free stay.

Friendly staff, spacious well-tended apartment, central location. Two bedroom apt is ideal for family city trip & shopping.
Carpark at E20/day at neighboring hotel may be a good deal for Amsterdam but still expensive. Park+Ride outside the city center for E8/day incl metro is the best deal but rather inconvenient with luggage.

The washing machine and dryer were very dirty, cleaning staff uses them to wash their dirty clothes after cleaning the apartment. Shower is too weak. Floor is not very clean. Can smell smoke, even it is a non smoking building.
