This place was perfect for spending the night before departure. I arrived early on the day before I was leaving The Netherlands and while I understandably couldn't get into my room before noon, the staff stored my bags so I could go explore Amsterdam.
They have a very convenient shuttle bus to Schiphol so catching a train into the city is a snap.

Rooms are immaculate, albeit sparse...which is fine for a simple overnight stay. -
Co-located with more expensive Ibis and its restaurant, transportation
services. Better than most Amsterdam hotel rooms at twice the price, and
20 minutes from Museumplein / Amsterdam trams by nearby public bus,
or by hotel shuttle to Schiphol and train to Centraal Station. An
inexpensive, reliable quality way to visit Amsterdam and remain very
close to Schiphol for early morning /late evening travel.

We had a stopover in Schiphol and booked one nights accommodation at the
Holiday Inn Express. The pick-up service from the airport was much
appreciated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was
good. The proximity of the railway station in Hoofddorf, which was a
short walk, was great as our flight the following day was an evening one
so we enjoyed a canal trip and lunch in the city centre. Our bags were
safe in the hotel left luggage room and we purchased a hotel bus ticket
back

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, tram stop right outside taking you straight to the centre and only minutes from the lovely Vondelpark so you also feel away from it all. Despite the proximity to the main road we experienced no traffic noise whatsoever in our room. We had a triple room which was minimal, clean and comfortable. L'Hotel si trova in un quartiere popolare, ma appena dietro l'angolo ci sono le fermate del tram e dell'autobus che in dieci minuti portano al centro e ovunque si voglia andare ad Amsterdam. E' un hotel adatto a tutti, giovani e famiglie. Avevamo noleggiato anche la macchina ed è stato un ottimo punto di partenza!!. L'Hotel è molto bello e curato
