The atmosphere of the place and the friendliness of the staff. We were a group of 8, and needed an overnight stay from Europe before picking up 4 vehicles from Savannah, for a 4 week self planned trip in Mabia, Botswana dn Zim. The hotel was ideal for us.

This hotel is beautiful. I really appreciated the elegant design, tranquility, and warmth of the space. The staff was very nice and friendly. It felt like I was staying at someone's gorgeous home. -

We loved the design of the hotel, huge rooms with gorgeous bathroom, great position near main shopping and business area of Windhoek, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, stunning view of Windhoek from bar and pool deck on 9th floor. Staff are friendly,courteous,helpfull and professional at all times. Even though you're in the city,total relaxation and tranquility is possible because of its location. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. -

I loved the idea of being in the heart of the city which enabled me to walk everywhere. The food was, of course, of an excellent standard and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. -

The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please
repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their
rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms
are modern. -
Even though the hotel is old, it's recently been renovated and kept in good shape! Very polite and helpful staff!
