Unfortunately, Caroline, the proprietor, was away, but her staff, Abdullah, Hadif ( the chef) and the others, were unbelievable! They were friendly and helpful, without being hovering. The food, was probably the best we had in Morocco. The setting was glorious and restorative. The rooms were tasteful, comfortable, and charming.
