  Hotel located in the quiet area of the center city (right near Kenzi Twin Tower center) right near dozen nice small restaurants and easy access to taxi and tram. Staff is friendly especially Myrian who speaks perfect English and extremely helpful.

  Everything was very good! The staff was always helpful and polite, however their english could have been slightly better. Great location, very clean and generally great value for money! Breakfast also worth its money! - I wasn't feeling very well at night and the staff gave me some tea to make me better. That was very kind.   The receptionists (two brothers, apparently also owners of the hotel) helped us so much that I don't have enough words to praise them. We had certain damage done to our rental car by some hooligans and one of them went with us to local police station to produce report and later they helped us to find a local garage to fix it for fraction of what r... cosa dice la gente » ental company demanded from us. Also location is very nice and convenient. Hotel feels old style and authentic (in a good way). - The two staff members I met seemed like genuine happy guys. I loved their energy. Helpful and silly. Rooms have a cool view but being right above the central square guarantees a noisy night. Kids yelling, dogs barking, music playing. It died down around 2 am on a weekday. Not terrible, tho. If was also close to the main road. Easy for taxi drop off.
